We have released a few more screenshots from the second episode, showcasing the greater diversity of settings within the game.
Lead artist Vincent van Brummen explains:
Although the caverns from episode I were a gorgeous and atmospheric setting for Adam to explore, we decided to introduce more variety with the second episode. In terms of gameplay these diverse surroundings opened up a lot of interesting possibilities for our design team, and for me personally creating the outdoor settings was a welcome change. I suspect that players will agree.
